This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). It tells you what records GOLDMIND AI CONSULTING - FZCO holds and how to ask for access to them.

3. The PAIA guide

The Information Regulator has published a guide, in terms of section 10 of PAIA, on how to use the Act. It is available in all official languages from the Information Regulator: JD House, 27 Stiemens Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg 2001, email enquiries.IR@justice.gov.za, website inforegulator.org.za.

4. Records available without a request

These are on our website and need no PAIA request: the terms of use, the privacy notice, the health-data consent, the refunds and cancellations page, the prices and this manual. Your own account data and conversations are available to you at any time from the account page.

6. How to ask for a record

  1. Complete the prescribed form (Form 2 of the PAIA regulations, available from the Information Regulator’s website) or write to us with the same information: who you are, how to reach you, the record you want, the form in which you want it, and — if you are not asking for your own record — which right you are trying to exercise or protect.
  2. Email it to support@sibona.co.za, marked “PAIA request”.
  3. We reply within 30 days. We may extend that once by a further 30 days, and we will tell you if we do.
  4. If we refuse, we will tell you which section of PAIA we rely on and how to appeal or apply to court.

7. Fees

No fee is payable for a request for your own personal information. For other requests, the fees prescribed in the PAIA regulations apply: a request fee, and a reproduction or search fee where applicable. We will send you a quotation before doing the work.

8. Grounds for refusal

Access may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of Part 3 of PAIA, including the protection of another person’s privacy, commercial information of a third party, legal privilege and records that would harm the security of our systems.

9. Updating this manual

We review this manual at least once a year.
